What is Impact28k?

Impact28k is a professional development and next level success blog.

The name implies that every day we need to make an impact in our lives, in those people around us, in our world and that the average human only has 28,000 days to do so.

We spend approximately 1/3 of our lives in our career. I think the biggest impact in your life you can make is finding something you love doing, something that connects you to your purpose and rewards you for your time and efforts. When you have a meaningful career, you find meaningful relationships and positively impact people in an area that plays to your true strengths and passions.

After spending 13 years working with some of the most successful people on the planet, who came from all walks of life and all types of backgrounds, I’ve learned that anyone can be successful.

This blog is designed to share with you the belief systems of highly successful people, that challenge and empower your current belief systems, add thought provoking ideas, share communication strategies that impact you and also give you strategies you can apply in your career that produce the results you want.

Whether you are in sales, starting a business or someone looking to climb the corporate ladder, the principles of success are all transferable.

If you have achieved success and want to get to the next level, are feeling unsatisfied and under compensated, this blog will help provide the foundations you need to initiate change, lead yourself and make an impact.

You have almost word for word described how I feel about living in this post. You only get one chance to live and so many people take it for granted. I want to live so passionately that those around me can’t help but do the same, or they’ll get dragged along for the ride. Thank you for reinstating some of my faith in humanity! =]

Thanks! I couldn’t agree any more. There’s only one way I’ve learned to live, live with purpose, passion and focus on helping others. I believe strongly the more you help others reach what they want in life, the more you bring the things you want in your life.

  3. Mike, I really enjoy your language, self-expression, and focus. It sounds like your shift has created great momentum of positive energy on your own path, and it grows as you guide, teach and support others to do the same. High five on your efforts and positive connections.
